This allows him to relate deeply to beginners and teach from a non-chef’s perspective, making the lessons easy to grasp, highly insightful, and practical. You’ll be guided step-by-step, ensuring you truly understand and can apply what you learn with confidence.
Beyond mastering knife techniques and precise measurement of ingredients, the true essence lies in the feeling of the knife as it glides through the fish and understanding the authentic taste of what we call “delicious.” This is the core of what we will be learning together.
